Very friendly and accommodating staff. One of those kind of places that does everything that they can to make sure you leave happy, no matter what. Top marks for hospitality and juice selection. House juices are even
better than some premium juices. Finally, juice prices are the best I've seen anywhere.

Thus far my only complaint is that their juice testing rigs are lackluster.

Walked in with no idea what kind of juice I wanted, or where to even begin. Mike helped me find something amazing and had me on my way within 15 minutes leaving with a big smile on my face and tank full of deliciousness. Will return once the juice runs dry ??

Had been looking for a TVF16 in black for over a month. Mike has been going out of his way to find one. Calling other stores and the warehouse to find it. Mike heard another store had 4, so he went and picked it up for me. THATS customer service!! THANKS MIKE!!! I've been a long time regular and the Surprise store is awesome!! Prices are good, customer service is amazing and, for me, the location is perfect.

I’m an ex-smoker and was missing my cigarettes so much after quitting after only one week. Actually, I went to buy a pack of my brand, Marlboro, then a voice behind me said, “No, don’t do it, get a vapor and buy a tobacco flavor then you won’t ever miss smoking cigarettes again” He was absolutely Right! I haven’t picked up a cigarette in more than 5 years and don’t miss them at all. The Morley Red gives me the Tobacco flavor I want and the vapor provides me with the smoking sensation I need! It’s a perfect winner! At least it is for me!

This red star is amazing my fiancé and I have recently both bought two mods from here and they’re great! Workers are amazing with great attitudes and very helpful. Definitely with help you find what you need. Will never stop coming here!

I went into this store only know that I wanted to quit smoking. This staff was extremely helpful and well informed. I got help picking a mod that served its purpose and was super cute. I had heard from my friends about a particular premium juice that I wanted to try. The staff actually recommended a house juice that I thought was way better. My friends have since tried it agreed. Red star has created a loyal customer with me and now my friends. Thank you for all your help.

Ok guy I just wanted to say that I've been searching the right vaping store cause it's verry important. And I've been referred to red star vapor on baseline rd Mesa the guys Ben and Alex was here and they was actually really great, professional, clean and honest . I will definitely recommend this place to every one that will need and will ask if I know a good vape store.
